How can you learn Buteyko's method? You have three ways:

1. I am living in Russia. In Krasnodar Region. In Apsheronsk town. It is 100 kilometres from of Black Sea and 1000 kilometres from of Moscow. You must arrive in Krasnodar city. You must to sit in the bus "Krasnodar - Apsheronsk". Hotel is in Apsheronsk in Lenin street. The price is 10$ for 24 hours approximately. The Grushovaya street №10. It is 900 metres from of bus terminal. After Lenin's bridge immediately. The big grey two-storeyed house. Teaching occupies three days. By 1,5-2 hours in the day. Three days is main needing term of teaching. It may be increased up to five days, if you will want. I think that Buteyko's method has little spreading at now by three the main causes:
   the first cause - resistance of tablet mafia.
   the second cause - incomprehension of big importance Buteyko's theory by sick people (they want to know exactly practice...)
   the third cause - bad methodists. Many many methodists give only one kind of Buteyko's training to sick people. The training of "nose plugs"... And the sick people leave off method soon after. There are three classical kinds of training in Buteyko's method! I give all three kinds to sick people. The price of teaching. It is very delicate question really. Sick people already got accustomed to pay thousands of dollars for operations. But tablets and operation do not remove the cause of your terrible illness - deep breathing. But sick people (some of them...) consider that two and half of thousand dollars for three (or five) days Buteyko's course is enoughly expensively.

   It is not truth! Methodist gives to you priceless knowledge. He gives to you his emotional energy, his heart! Why academician K.P. Buteyko dead in 81 years? Why not in 100 years? He gave his emotional energy to his patients... Two and half sousand dollars for Buteyko's course it is not my price. It is the price K.P. Buteyko himself. And it is the price for simple patients. Teaching of methodist has another price at Buteyko himself.

   My price is very little . Only five hundred of dollars (for simple patients). I consider that any sick man can give such price for Buteyko's knowledge. I am writing - "for knowledge" (but not for recovery) because methodist does not treat. Buteyko's methodist teaches you to Buteyko's method. And you (already) will be treat himself by means of Buteyko's method. Nobody can breathe undeeply for you. Only you himself. I wrote how you may arrive to me for training.

2. But I understand, thatthere are many sick people, which can not arrive to me in the near time. And all these sick people are needing in Buteyko's method. What must they do in such case? I may offer tuition by correspondence to such people. I must say - academician K.P. Buteyko is antagonist of tuition by correspondence. But the life is life. It will be better for sick man to have tuition by correspondence, than to have only tablets and operations, if he can not arrive to methodist in near time. The price of tuition by correspondence (at me) is five hundred dollars too. It looks so practically:
   1. You send to me (by internet) your biography and biography of your illnesses.
   2. You buy my Buteyko's literature which you may read. And read its attentively
   3. After that you write to me (by internet) special recept, (by my form) that you can not arrive to me and want to have tuition by correspondence
   4. You send to me five hundred of dollars (after sending to me your recept!)
   5. I give to you examination by that Buteyko's literature, which you can read to that moment. I give to you some qustions by Buteyko's theory. You send to me answers on these questions. I give estimation to your knowledge by pentamark sistem. It is examination by Buteyko's theory.
   6. I send to you (by internet) practical "Special deep course", if you received estimation five, or four for theoretical examination. I repeat theoretical examination, if you received estimation two, or three. academician Buteyko demands to give practice only by good theoretical estimation.
   7. You read practical "Special deep course". And I give second examination to you by that course.
   8. I answer on your supplementary questions, if you received estimation four for practical examination.

3. We with you are knowing at now how you can arrive to methodist for Buteyko's training and how you can receive tuition by correspondence (if you can not arrive to methodist). There are many sick people, which want to have methodist in their house. It is possible in principle. But it is enoughly difficulty. I can not arrive to you for one-single patient.
